An active unit is any unit you're currently managing on RentFlow — a room, apartment, or commercial space with its own lease. We bill by active units because that's what best reflects the size of your portfolio. Tenants, leases, invoices, payments, and maintenance requests are unlimited on every plan, no matter how many you have.
We'll notify you as you approach your plan's limit. You won't lose access to existing records — we simply ask you to upgrade before adding more active units.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No contracts. Pay monthly or annually and cancel any time. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation.
