1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RentFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of Service
RentFlow is a property management tool for landlords, property managers, and tenants in Uganda. Use is restricted to lawful purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using RentFlow you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
5. Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. All fees are stated in Ugandan Shillings (UGX).
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials in RentFlow are the property of RentFlow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RentFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
