We don't chase features. Every capability in RentFlow exists because a real landlord needed it. We'd rather do three things well than twelve things adequately.
Fair to whoever's least represented in the room
We think about tenants and contractors as much as we think about landlords — every landlord is a tenant somewhere else. Good products don't extract value from the less powerful party — they make the ecosystem better for everyone.
Plain language, in code and in copy
We write readable code, clear documentation, and honest copy. If you have to obfuscate what you're doing to make it sound good, it's probably not good.
